Robert joined the Firm as a Partner in 2010 and brings extensive expertise in tax compliance and planning. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), Robert has also completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Courses, equipping him with advanced knowledge in complex tax matters.Robert earned an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Queen’s University. He later transitioned into accounting, completing his CGA designation while working at a local public accounting firm. Prior to joining the Firm, Robert was a manager in the tax department of a “Big Four” accounting firm, where he advised clients on a broad range of tax issues, from owner-managed businesses to international and expatriate taxation. As a specialist in tax compliance and planning, Robert helps clients navigate the evolving tax landscape with tailored strategies. He is also an active member of the CPA Ontario Small Practices Advisory Committee, contributing to the advancement of the profession.
Marc Adderley is a Partner specializing in corporate tax. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Ottawa in 2014. With a strong foundation in financial and tax advisory services, Marc achieved his CPA designation in the summer of 2021.With years of experience in corporate tax planning and compliance, Marc provides strategic guidance to businesses, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their financial outcomes. His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to client success make him a trusted advisor in the industry.

With over 35 years in tax administration, Thomas West has acquired a vast knowledge in tax planning, tax litigation, estate planning, and overall compliance with the Income Tax Act, the Excise Tax Act as well as various other government dealings. Thomas started the practice after a lengthy career with the Canada Revenue Agency, where he occupied several senior level positions at the Head Quarters level from 1981 to 2000. Thomas is a tax specialist who deals with litigation issues, tax planning, and audit assistance with clients who seek guidance when dealing with the CRA. He has obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant, and Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) certifications.
